I was fishing the HOH river in june down in the tidewater. A well known guide that I know, pulls into the bar I was fishing to take his boat out and starts cleaning a wild chinook (you must release all wild summer chinook) He didnt know it was Cnr. So it is easy to make that mistake. You almost need to carry the fishing regs with you and read them before you fish any stretch of the rivers anymore.
